About Keller Williams
Founded in 1983 by Gary Keller and Joe Williams, Keller Williams has grown to become the largest real estate firm in the U.S. with over 165,000 agents worldwide. The success of the firm is directly attributed to its culture of teamwork, agent support, enhanced technology, unparalleled customer service, integrity, and community outreach.
This past fall, the annual KW Mega Camp gathering of 10,000 KW agents in Austin, Texas was cancelled due to Hurricane Harvey. In just a matter of days, KW pivoted from Mega Camp to Mega-Relief to assist those devastated by the Hurricane. Despite the cancellation, over 4,000 agents from across the U.S. and overseas gathered together in Austin to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey. I was honored to participate and witness first-hand, the KW culture in action.
